Learn How to
Manage Stress & Improve Your Well-Being.A mindful practice of holistic wellness.
Holistic Wellness means considering the whole person: physical, mental, emotional, social & environmental, intellectual, and spiritual.
Wellness is not the absence of disease, illness, and stress but the conscious process of cultivating personal well-being.
Your everyday choices make a difference in how you experience life. To create holistic wellness, you become an active & mindful participant in your health & healing.
Generating well-being is a deeply personal, individualized, and ever-evolving practice.
Looking for support in developing a mindful approach to your well-being?
Hi, I’m Rebecca & I am here to teach you skills for creating a holistic, mindful & embodied approach to well-being.
I’ll help you build a holistic, personalized, practical well-being toolkit unique to you.
I will bring the classroom to you, providing real-life, accessible skills for managing stress and developing a trauma-aware practice of self-care.

My work focuses on teaching stress management through:
- Mindful Embodiment Skills: Learn how to compassionately connect with the present moment & work with your body as a tool for well-being.
- Whole-Person Health: Build a holistic self-care plan tailored to your specific needs, goals, and background.
- Trauma-Informed Approach: Explore the impacts of trauma and develop tools for promoting regulation.
Rebecca is passionate about sharing simple tools that can fundamentally change people’s lives.
This video shows her presenting at the Arizona Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (AZHFMA)’s 2019 Conference: “Women Lead HERe: Present Not Perfect.”
AZHFMA invited Rebecca to present a workshop she designed called: “Building Resilience,” educating healthcare leaders on specific research behind the factors that build resilience. She provided real-life practices that participants could immediately implement for themselves and their patients.
