My approach blends clinical social work training, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and the latest evidence-based practices in holistic wellness.
I have been teaching mindfulness, stress management tools, and holistic approaches to wellness as faculty at Arizona State University for nine years.
I will bring the classroom to you – providing real-life, accessible skills that you and your team can use immediately.

Stress Management Course:
These are eight 45-minute live, interactive online sessions. 5-10 participants per group.
Practical techniques to manage change and uncertainty, reduce overwhelm, increase empathy, improve resilience, refine communication techniques for deeper connections, and reduce stress.
Each session is inspiring and is based on the principles of proven, evidence-based mindfulness techniques.
Mindfulness has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It increases our overall well-being, creativity, resilience, and emotional intelligence. It is the ultimate training for the mind.
In these times of uncertainty and change, it’s the difference between surviving the day and thriving every day.
This course offers a lasting way to cope with our everyday challenges.

Wellness at Work Coaching Groups
As a Licensed Social Worker, I am passionate about supporting other professionals in their own practice of wellness and self-care.
Burn-out is a significant problem, and too often, we see exceptional professionals leaving their field because of a lack of support around their own self-care needs. While we are often told to “practice good self-care,” rarely are we given practical tools for how to do that in our day-to-day work.
These group sessions are an open, informal, confidential, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore your life experiences while learning proven tools to manage stress in these difficult times.
This regular group meets to offer consistency and compassion in our uncertain and ever-changing life. Together, we will apply a “whole-person” perspective to professional practice.
We all crave connection and a dedicated space to share how we are and level up our well-being toolkit. Supporting others in a skilfully facilitated space nourishes our souls and strengthens our resolve.
These group sessions take place bi-monthly. Participants are self-selecting, and the group is dedicated to your organization only.
