Mindfulness is not a cure or magic wand for all ailments. 

Mindfulness is a tool to help make peace with the past and live more embodied in the present, allowing you to create the future you truly want by choosing how you respond, moment to moment.

Embodied awareness is a way for us to stay with our experience by using the body, the breath, or any sensory experience to connect to the present moment, not by pushing away thoughts or emotions but by allowing the body to be the ground for our awareness.

Developing a mindful & embodied practice allows one to make more conscious and healthy choices. 

LASTING CHANGE

I have taught mindfulness, stress management tools,  and holistic approaches to wellness for over ten years. I am passionate about supporting people to live the life they envision for themselves. 

Like anything worth having, though, practicing mindfulness and taking a whole-person approach to your well-being takes effort. So if you’re ready for change, I’m here to guide and support you.

We will use mindfulness and compassionate self-inquiry to create a personalized, holistic well-being toolkit.

Online 60-minute coaching sessions.

Together we will create an individualized set of tools for you to use when you need them in moments of difficulty, strengthen resilience, and prevent stressful situations in the future.
