Finding a practice isn’t always an easy task. The modern world has changed our wiring so much that trying to tune out the humdrum of the world can be a difficult and even alarming task. I am in the process of constantly building out and exploring new ways to offer practices not only for others but for myself. This page is a great place to connect with some of the practices I have available, as well as some of my favorite tools in development.

Most everything can be accessed for free, things like Insight Timer need only be downloaded as an app and then there’s an unlimited resource to countless approaches and modalities. Moving into the future you will see more exclusive classes, programs, and memberships offered with exclusive content.

Insight Timer is the number one free Meditation, Sleep, Anxiety, and Mindfulness app worldwide. It’s one of TIME Magazine’s and Women’s Health Magazine’s “Apps of the Year” and, according to Tristan Harris, a technology ethicist, is the “Happiest App in the World.”

Insight Timer is home to guided meditations and talks led by the world’s top meditation and mindfulness experts, neuroscientists, psychologists, and teachers from esteemed universities like Stanford, Harvard, and the University of Oxford, as well as music tracks from world-renowned artists.

Most content I provide on Insight Timer is going to be mainly audio; lots of people like the effect a visual element can add to the experience, as well as using their trusted content sources like YouTube, so I will be putting my recorded content on YouTube as much as I am able to.

Here we will be able to really work on our breathing exercies, our postures and much more so that we may be able to make the most our of our mindfulness experience.

Instagram is the best place to stay connected on a daily basis. I use this channel as a way to share reminders and tips on how to remain mindful despite the pressures the outside world may rather put on us.

Make sure to click on the link and give it a follow, in a world of selfies having some more mindfulness in your feed does everyone a huge favor…especially yourself.
